Last week we kicked off British Science Week with world famous Dr Andrew Szydlo coming in to give an amazing chemistry demonstration to the Y9s. Other Science Week activities also included trips to the Hunterian Museum and virtual reality tours of the human body with headsets.

Yesterday we celebrated #InternationalWomen'sDay with our annual speed networking event. This time girls in Y7, Y8 and Y11 had the opportunity to speak to women from a variety of industries about their careers. Thank you to all the volunteers who gave up their time to inspire the next generation!

We're proud to demonstrate the impact of purposeful employer partnerships through our Y13 Media, Broadcast and Production T-Leveller outcomes. At Camden's STEAM event, they presented the skills they learned from Havas work placements and the Camden Music Service & Heath School films they produced.
Students and staff dressed up for World Book Day! Students also designed covers and bookmarks and are looking forward to a library screening of Narnia after school.

Yesterday the Y8s had a lovely day exploring the Tower of London and learning about the Tudors, former prisoners of the castle and the features of the great fortress.

We welcomed back alumnus and founder of NC Productions Isaac Bokoko to talk about his work with our Y12 T Levellers. Accompanied by social enterprise Fish Tank, the students were shown how their careers can be supported.

Students in Y10 and Y11 were invited to take part in the annual Camden KS4-KS5 pathways event. They had the chance to speak to colleges and discover the necessary tools and skills for post-16 education and employment.

Today students took part in STEAM Day. Students in Y7-11 attended a range of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths workshops while the sixth form went on a variety of enrichment trips. A big thank you to all the organisations that worked with our students!

The Valencia trip has landed! The Y11 Spanish students will have the opportunity to visit the historic cities on the east coast of Spain and to enhance their learning experience of the language.
