i swear life is able to sniff out when you've just finished paying off something .. only to throw MORE things at you that need to be paid right this second!
why add to the problem by trying to sell in a community you're not at all passionate about? 😔 sorry for the rant, i just don't get it, i suppose
it also doesn't help that the market for furry art is oversaturated (for a lack of better word) with people who are /actually/ passionate about creating such art, most of which are struggling to build a customer base. +
it also endlessly annoys me when i see people under artists' comments saying that they're learning to draw furries or animals just for the money. in my mind, people will always be able to see when you're ingenuine with your "passion" for certain things. +
sometimes i wonder where the "rich furry" stereotype comes from when almost all of my furry friends are poor as rocks or have financial struggles in one way or another 🤔 maybe people confuse the willingness to spend on non-essentials for wealth? or maybe such mythical figures do exist somewhere
