Iran wouldn't want to kill the most incompetent commander they have ever fought against.

5/ And on the Strait of Hormuz, they had NO PLAN. I can't go into more detail about how Iran gums up the Strait, but suffice it say, right now, they don't know how to get it safely back open.
Which is unforgiveable, because this part of the disaster was 100% foreseeable.
I was in a 2 hour briefing today on the Iran War. All the briefings are closed, because Trump can't defend this war in public.
I obviously can't disclose classified info, but you deserve to know how incoherent and incomplete these war plans are.
1/ Here's what I can share:
For this month’s Experimental Error column in Science Careers, my friend (Dr. Adam Ruben) is writing about nonexistent scientific journal articles that have been hallucinated by AI. If any of you have been affected by these in some way, he'd love to ask you a few questions for the article.
So did the kids in the school we bombed greet us as liberators? Just wondering.
Question 4 is absolutely crucial.
Anyone seen Congress lately?

The dream of every Muslim is simply to be treated the same as any other New Yorker.
And yet, for too long, we have been told to ask for less than that, and endure hatred and bigotry in the shadows.
No more.
WTF?!? Border Czar Tom Homan claimed that ICE and Border Patrol agents don’t need probable cause to detain people they suspect are undocumented, saying they can do so based on factors like physical appearance. This is straight-up racial profiling, not law enforcement.
War with Iran is NOT something to joke about. Khamenei days will this go on for?
It’s a good thing Congress isn’t alive to see this
If you're arrested in Illinois protesting against Trump's war on Iran for Israel, I can represent you pro bono. Email me at sheryl@weikallaw.com.
This is not normal. A sitting president refusing to call the governor of a state after two elected officials were shot, one fatally, is beyond words. A typical president, regardless of politics, would pick up the phone. Offer condolences.
Just a reminder that I do free legal support for antizionist, antiracist, and trans and immigration rights protests and actions in Illinois ("know your rights" stuff, representation if you get arrested, that kind of thing). Email me at sheryl@weikallaw.com!
The article from The Jerusalem Post references a tweet from the Israeli military...
I can't imagine being a child in Gaza right now and wondering why the whole world hates you so much that they won't even let you eat.
What's soup?
Both things can be true. And they can be used at different times.
Day 86 of Israeli blockade on Gaza, using starvation as a weapon against 2m people, half of them children.
100 trucks that were allowed in last week - "a drop in the ocean".
Israel's unworkable "aid compounds" plan unraveling as head of "Gaza's Humanitarian Fund" resigns.
The IDF expects Gazans to go online for notices about which areas are being bombed, so having internet is a matter of life or death. (The notices aren't always accurate btw)
"Denouncing Biden’s run now that he’s a political nonentity—out of office and perhaps very near death—isn’t taking a brave stand against the internal culture of the Democratic Party. It’s a reflection of it"

But what if she needs pounds?
Here's the reality of this "Jewish safety" argument I keep hearing:
The only world that's safe for us is one that's safe for everyone else, too. You can't kill your way to safety.
And the best way to make a world safe for everyone is to start with our own. Because we have a genocide to stop.
This is what moral consistency looks like.
(And I'll bet any money that most of her GOP and conservative haters didn't tweet anything like this when Wadea al Fayoumi was stabbed to death, or Hisham Awartani was shot and paralyzed, or the little kid in Dallas was almost drowned.)
