If you followed me for AAA game content or texture art back in the day then sorry to say you probably wont be getting that kind of content anymore not like I've posted about it in years!

Who knows where this whole content creation route will go? I'm newly 30 and trying to watch out for myself in my own way and make a major change with this. But I will never know if I try. So I encourage people who are discouraged - try to put yourself out there
There's many awesome people I have met in this industry over the years but as I've felt my growing discontentment and overall jadedness with corporations and attitudes of my peers - its just not a sphere I wish to stay super involved in.
Overall I have a lot of opinions on the industry, and most of them unfortunately are negative. Right now with what a hard time its going through, I can't really justify myself staying in the space and pretending to be passionate about a field that doesnt share my own passions.
I still want to be involved with Gaming in some way. Its how I've always connected with people - so for now I'm going to be focusing on youtube and my stream and getting a normal job on the side that isnt in creatives. Maybe one day I will return to game development - but not now
Game Development used to be something I was passionate about but after doing it this long I've realized that is no longer the case. I accomplished a lot in my career from shipping big budget titles to getting to run a whole material library (Even if the project got canned!)
Doing a bit of cleanup here but for now I think at least in an un-official stance, I'm retiring from AAA game dev. It was a solid 7 and a half years but overall after sitting on it for the last few months - I have never really been happy with this career, which is a shame!
