sorry just found out that Cibo Matto are nowhere near the level of popularity i expected? what are we all doing. why are you not listening to them. King of Silence is a top 10 track of all time
City to City is a wonderful album, and i don't know why Gerry Rafferty isn't talked about more. what a wonderful sound.
hooooly shit Diana Ross' version of Ain't No Mountain High Enough ??? WHAT
contender for album cover of all time.
Visions, Grant Green, 1971.
Shirley Bassey's Moonraker has an immense amount of emotion in it. that is such a raw and rich track
im so fucking pissed that Michael Jackson made incredible music what the fuck man. why couldnt you just be normal
i love how i draw my OC one of two ways and they're WILDLY different in vibe
Morning Sun by Dave Bixby is perhaps the song of my existence
"Crying, Laughing, Loving, Lying" by Labi Siffre is one of the most beautiful records to exist. Blue Lady, 'Till Forever, Cannock Chase... only to come out with "Remember My Song" three years later??? i will be singing this mans praises my whole life i think
jeff buckley does not need to be seen by a camera. it doesn't make sense. that man should have only ever been witnessed first-hand in a small, smokey, local produce wine bar with low ceilings where he sits in the corner and the music is beamed into your brain at the sight of him
why did i not hear about Glen Campbells death. why was 15 year old me not notified.
Ooh La La by Faces is really such a nice song, never been much of a Rod Stewart enjoyer but this really. is good
why did part of the world kid itself with the silly thought that The Dark Side Of The Moon by Pink Floyd isn't one of the greatest albums of all time. it retains that title with an immovable heft
i've never heard of him! but he seems like a swell gentleman. please do recommend
don't let yourself go through life without lying in the ocean thinking about the song I'm Coming Down by Primal Scream
Telephone Line by Electric Light Orchestra

omg i had no idea!! my dad listens to jeffrey lewis :D
JAMES BROWN !!!!
saw the cover of The EVEN MORE Freewheelin' Jeffrey Lewis yesterday in a vinyl shop in Leeds and thought it was just brilliant. really funny concept for an album design
Soul brother number one! Jaaaaaames Brown! James Brown!! JAMES BROWN!!
why the hell were Tommy James & The Shondells making songs as enchanting as "Lost In Your Eyes" in 1967 lol
by all accounts, Pepper by Butthole Surfers should not be a hit. the album cover is attrocious, the band name is grim, the intro to the track is unsettling, there's a constant horrible blowing wind playing over the whole thing, AND YET. i dont mind the sun sometimes
i feel like "I Think I'm In Love" by Spiritualized should've been a generational british smash hit
single with uobh, art by @bagplants.art
