Further to recent updates we would like to clarify that when patients ask us to remove their health data the attached image is the message we see. I know that the media has reported that medical practices are unable to do this but as far as we can see, deleting your account does remove your data. We have been unable to get a definitive answer from Manage My Health but are working on the assumption this is the case. We have checked and it does appear that communication between our clinical staff and patients is retained in our patient management system. We will keep you informed as we learn more. Thank you for your patience as we all navigate this.
