From a glance at these 94 users, I don't think they realize what they have followed.
This account has made 0 posts, but has gotten 94 random users to follow it in only eleven hours.

The majority of these accounts do not appear to be bigots... just brand new users from Twitter, tying to follow as many other accounts here as possible, without closely examining what they are following.
