Reform are talking about it. Lib Dems are talking about it, the Tories are embarrassed by it and can't talk. I'm frightened when the greens talk about it. Doesn't seem to register for Labour plp or the wider party.

Think of all the little hidy holes in a country as vast as Iran which you can stash drones and once a week or something pop off a few drones to keep Hormuz closed and f up the regions energy production. Even if US and Israeli attacks stop they're non guarantee they won't be constantly chipping away

Funny you have advanced missiles, then someone developed cheap drones, then someone makes cheap interceptors so people develop jets drones presumably more expensive so on and so forth.... We'll end up back with missiles.

Not a 100% but I think the UK refines more petrol than it does diesel, in fact I think the UK is self sufficient in petrol as in we make enough from the crude we import, but I don't think we are in Diesel so we do import some.

I am wrong to be completely frustrated by this government's handling of defence over the last year? More so given the rhetoric. Like I know sometimes people expect a lot and the reality behind the curtain can be different and. It was bad as it's seems.

I as a floating voter am becoming increasingly alarmed at the gap between how labour talks about the world and the apparently extremely casual speed of their addressing the many defence issues. I mean the french are expanding their nukes and all sorts, we're months late on an investment plan.

That's not what's happened though is it. they've attacked countries that haven't directly been involved in the attack and attacked UK and France bases. Iran retaliated wildly.

Listen fella, France is one of the few countries along with the UK ready to put thousands of it's troops in Ukraine as a trip wire in Ukraine after the war. So unless your own country has committed to that you can't talk to them about European security 👍
