I'd like to focus on sections 9, 14, and 15.
C-2 is hostile to refugees and an arguable violation of international refugee law.
It offers sweeping powers for law enforcement to violate the privacy of Canadians without judicial oversight (and makes us MORE vulnerable to foreign hackers).
Bill C-2 is a bad piece of legislation under consideration by the Canadian government.
