I was pulling so many weird faces doing this.

Ignore all the other shit this is why it's awesome to have children.
I dunno why they feel the need to report on this as big news when it happens every 3 months.
So president of peace is about to send some peace to Iran for... reasons?
Skyditch is a great band name.
So my wife picked up some sandwich cookie cutter things from Aldi. Uhh... Hmm
"Pick up that can"
Anchor your furniture parents, even the dumb little toy kitchens. Guess that's what I'm doing today.
Looks like the absolutely massive campaign happening on social media right now is working, and will continue to work. If it's not hit your algorithm yet you've got no idea how bad it is out there right now. Like far worse than recent years.
I too like to live... dangerously.
Been using last.fm since it used a Winamp plug-in called Audioscrobbler. although keeping up with how it "scrobbled" during my iTunes use and Then eventually Spotify caused quite a few gaps in the data. Still super interesting to look at though.
I'm guessing all Australians on Bluesky will need to do it. They don't really use algorithms so there's no base to estimate age and it's not old enough for old ass users to have old ass accounts.
I used my old ass face to verify. Yes I was offended when I succeeded.
Dust not even settled and ghouls already using it as leverage.
The RAM I bought for my new PC in late October for $205 is now $978. Wow.
Cloudflare need to just take their name off their 500 error pages, maybe change it to Azure or something.
I Still don't really have any idea what's going to happen to my daughter's Google account on the 10th. It's all setup with restrictions and allowlists for youtube and has a Google TV profile. Will be interesting and annoying.
Is that the Fed Square entrance?
Didn't think this would impact me as much as it did. Crazy.
Noice. Proxmox installed... Now I need to figure out Proxmox.
Bloody hell I'm gonna have to stop wearing my Helly Hanson jacket aren't I. I love that jacket.
That robot's gonna need a hip replacement.
Turning my old ITX PC into a rack mountable NAS. Straight onto a rack shelf because a shallow depth (-350mm) server case is either far too expensive or impossible to find. Kinda more fun this way anyway. Next steps are finding some 3D print solution that can hold 2 x 3.5mm HDDs and a GPU.
No no it's antivirus software.
Kinda cool that I can go back through 21 years of purchases on @scorptec.bsky.social (PC hardware retailer). First purchase was a Netgear ADSL router/modem. So I was still on dial-up when I made the order. Wild.
Yeah Trustpilot is an outlet for grumpy bogans.
I've got most, and hopefully eventually all of my smart devices and or associated hubs in a VLAN with no internet and control them with Home Assistant. That said I've spent an absurd amount of time setting all that stuff up.
My 10 year old QNAP NAS with a dual core 2.4ghz Celeron is running Overseerr, Sonarr, Radarr, Plex, Mosquito, Matter, Home Assistant, Frigate recording 2 cameras and a Minecraft server. Pretty impressive really. Current drives in there are 6 years old and just waiting for the day that one fails.
The hume freeway at dusk and dawn is genuinely bonkers.
If you go the fast way along the Hume (~10hrs), country towns with interestingish monuments.
If you go the long way, closer to the coast, there is more to see and do, but tough to fit into a single weekend.
I will say if you like weird quirks of a different country the fast way can still be fun
Kids just don't play outside with nature like they use to.
