It's for a show next month, but no one looks at my bluesky so it's okay to post here🩷

I didn't think this would be so controversial.
Red is one of the first colors we lose the ability to see in low light, so if you are trying to capture an accurate night scene, red will only show up if it's illuminated by ( or as ) a light source.

I don't think you can have red in a night painting unless it's a light source. I guess I should have already known that
