Julia was rescued with her son Jackson when a housing association was relocating them. Both were not well, suffering from a flea infestation and skin issues. Pleased to say that they are responding well to treatment. Just look at them, so harmless and yet hated by so many 😪💔

Some highlights from our recent donkey camp and iftar drive.
Our camps are always met with real enthusiasm from the owners of these hardworking animals, and we’re grateful for the warm welcome we receive in the communities we visit 💕

Alongside providing care for the donkeys, we were also able to distribute food to the owners for Ramadan. It was deeply appreciated, and moments like these remind us how closely the welfare of working animals and the wellbeing of their families are connected 💖

We hope to expand our work with donkeys across Punjab, reaching more communities and helping animals who rely on daily labour. We cannot wait for the day we open our donkey sanctuary in honour of April, a baby we could not save 😪. In her name we will save countless lives ❤️
