It is, I always thought so. When China was planning to build the 3 gorge dam, central government had multiple hearings, experts from the military voiced strong opposition. Their concern was simple, the dam will be a military target. Today, the dam is heavily guarded.

IB doesn’t allow short USO, maybe volatility is too high. BNO is short-able with decent volume. Submitted an order see if it fills

All I can say in public is I did very deep research on SAVA, and believed it was a fake drug. But yes I learned my lesson. Carson Block once said when he was shorting GSX/GOTU that, shorting a fraud equals placing your trust in the regulators. That is so true.
Oh, missed it. That squeeze looked painful, but not as painful as SAVA when it went from $8 to $42 AFTER DOJ indicted its scientist in 2024. Remember you were telling me SAVA was a tough short bc of all the mgmt (very skillful short squeezers). The entire SAVA thing is sad, even this day.
