Private plaintiffs a bigger % of #consumer enforcement in US than EU (entrepreneurial lawyers are the American Way!) but I haven't seen any reliable apples to apples data comparing govt enforcement of consumer rights in US v EU. I wonder if substantive law differences loom larger than procedural
