Great episode this week, Mike! On the dugout location topic, do you think the Jays might have chosen the 3B side in order to avoid the sun when the dome is open? As a fan, I always choose to sit on the 3B side to keep the sun out of my face. Wondering if maybe the players would prefer that too?

Everyone wants there to be a grand scheme behind all of this but the terrible truth is that extremely stupid people are in charge and they have a fanatical devotion to wrong, childlike concepts of society and economics cooked up by right wing radio hosts in order to sell tainted dietary supplements

Election Day is Thursday February 27th. We deserve a better government in Ontario and the only way that happens is if voter turnout is high. Don’t forget to vote!

Kate Dupuis has been a tireless advocate for public education and healthcare. When we were fighting for safe schools at the start of the pandemic, she was there with us. I’m happy to throw my support behind her and I believe that she’ll be an excellent MPP for Beaches East York.

Today’s the last day for advance polls in the Ontario election, and it took me 5 minutes to cast my ballot. No voter card or advance registration is needed. You just need to show up with your ID.

Justin Ling: Please: Anyone but Doug Ford His stunning failure to address the crises in housing, health care, education and more mean he is unfit to lead, writes Justin Ling.

Please: Anyone but Doug Ford.

Ford is uniquely unqualified and unsuited to be a leader for this moment. His years in office have been defined by shortages β€” a lack of homes, doctors, teachers, jobs, skilled workers, subways, buses, and bike lanes. #Opinion

Between this and the hot mic that caught him praising Trump, the people of Ontario should be very concerned about what Doug Ford says when reporters aren’t around. I can only imagine what he supports in private conversations with his family, friends, and his PC caucus. #OnPoli

Why annexing Canada would destroy the United States Americans have already been defeated by insurgents all over the world. Invading Canada would be no exception.

This piece is excellent. Take a few minutes and give it a read.

A historic graphic of corruption.

The 11 federal agencies so far targeted for firings or dismantling by Elon Musk have more than 30 ongoing investigations into his companies.

I genuinely can't believe he got caught saying this on a hot mic during an election campaign that's supposed to be about standing up for Ontario against this exact guy.

Sadly, it's not hard to believe, because he's been showing his cards and praising Trump for years. The biggest obstacle in this Ontario election is about introducing enough people to the real Doug Ford, and not just the one he wants us to see.

Blaming unions for your own economic insecurity is not the answer. Standing together, working-class people and their unions are stronger and can demand more from the wealthy and corporate interests.

Ford government to ban lawsuits against province if cyclists are hurt or killed on streets where bike lanes were removed Transportation Minister Prabmeet Sarkaria tells cyclists: for your own safety, stay off Bloor, Yonge and University when bike lanes are removed.

This is proof they know what they're doing will kill or injure people. This is a malevolent gov't. Treating it as rational is a pantomime of some fantasy benign and good faith politics of yesterlore that doesn't exist. www.thestar.com/politics/pro...
