Have you read about the 90 second response theory with emotions? It isn’t perfect for everyone/every situation, but I wonder if that might be helpful in processing strong emotion/fear responses in shifting

I keep two main drs that in practice tends to usually be just one - but then for the sake of hyperfixations I have a folder of scripts for ‘after I shift’ so I don’t feel like I’m abandoning anything!
