No my experience with Qatar Airlines at all. Looking online your brothers experience is definitely an outlier. Qatar has treated their passengers appallingly. I was dumped in NZ by them and have had to make my own way home. It’s taken over a week
It is not just the planes but also a lot of tourists trying to to get home. The service from Qatar is very poor. We feel stranded in your lovely city. Qatar just say we have to keep rebooking on flights the next day which we know are not going to fly. We are told to turn up to the airport each day
