It has been 1001 days since I got my 3:31:57, and it has officially been beaten as of today!!! First sub 3:30 and I even skipped 3:29!!! Feels so amazing to PB one of my main categories after so long!

IT IS ABOUT TIME!!! It's been 50 days since my first completed run, and I demolished my goal of sub 4:30!!! 4:15 is so solid, even if I had a lot of mistakes I'm so glad it all came together for once.
I'm satisfied with this for now, but I WILL be back for the sub 4!

Weekend is cardio 😭 and I got cooked BUT not as cooked as usual!!! I consider that an absolute victory and a good start to the week :P
YESSSSS SUB 4:30!!! Shoutouts to the water tower in eggmanland that prevented me from missing bobsled skip which would have killed the 4:29. I did hella practice offline and while this run doesn't necessarily show that, I'm happy to get my big goal! Sub 4 one day...

first chest/back day in like a month lol i’m gonna be hella sore in the morning. Might try to make it to the gym every wednesday just to keep a 2-3 day a week schedule. Hard when I have a 7-4 but I’ll do my best !!!
