Maybe the bullet points are easier to parse and get information from. Maybe you want that. I think i don't necessarily want it to be easy. Effort is fun.
I think if I pick up a TTRPG and it's designed to be seamless to use at the table I get a little disappointed. I wanna put in sticky notes. Highlight and underline. Make my own notes. I get to decide what things are interesting to me. I think maybe we want different things.
I got rid of Spotify recently. Bought an MP3 player. Now I have to be way more conscious of what music I put on it, and I maintain my own music library. If I want a new song, I have to go out of my way to get it. It's a bit more friction but it feels more intentional and personal at the end.
I like making miniatures. Mostly, though, I like kitbashing. I don't like following the instructions, I like seeing what fits together. Making my own little guy. I like the friction.
I've been into coffee lately, and I used to get my speciality coffee ground at the coffee shop. Recently I started hand grinding my beans. It's a much worse, less consistent grind. The coffee i make now isn't better. But I enjoy the friction.

Listen, I suffer from painful side effects from HRT that nobody warned me about, I went through the medical system 3 times seeking treatment or even proper diagnosis. Talking to trans women saved me. You don't get "medical supervision" while going the government approved method.
