The game industry is such a strange thing. All devs are gamers but not all gamers are devs - mix this dynamic with the predatory way monetisation is and how out of touch shareholders can be. The console wars. "AAA" or indie. So much chaos.

I've seen some similar projects, but IMO this seems to better capture some of the fine-grained detail
I love flat shaded rendering on high detail mechanical designs too, took me a while to get the character looking ''right'' visually. Not sure what the rest of the world will look like yet though!
MGS was the first game i played that felt like my intelligence as a player was respected - some pretty heavy themes in that narrative for an 11 year old boy

Heres a peek at what our levels look like early in the design process. Working out scale, metrics and what feels 'right', we can get a sense of all those things using very basic geo.
Its also very quick and easy to make changes, then play again. Iteration is key!
