You may not like the answers Zack Polanski and the Green MPs are so ready to give in clear and articulate terms but you look and sound like a fool to say they don’t have any. Farage on the other hand only has deflections, distractions and huffs.

I've never had such thoughts in my life and am happy to stay that way.
My sense is that the “male loneliness crisis” is not really about addressing men’s emotional needs but rather the relatively newfound absence of having someone to perform domestic labor for you quietly in the background now that there is a longer gap between your mother and your wife doing it

Remember today that feeling lonely in this trauma recovery work doesn't mean you're doing it wrong. It means you haven't yet hooked up w/ people who have the depth & compassion to appreciate the raw, honest, hard work you're doing.
But you will.
Remember today an essential, non negotiable part of recovery is getting more things in your life that you like. That you enjoy. That turn you on. That you can turn to for soothing & laughter & comfort. We call these things "reinforcers," & they are irreplaceable recovery tools.
Between living in a state of hyper-vigilance, enduring widespread loss, and bearing witness to purposeful cruelty while powerless to stop it, we are all experiencing trauma—even if we as individuals or as members of a vulnerable group are not being targeted directly.
Be gentle with yourselves.
