David Lammy, then the foreign secretary, Wes Streeting, the health secretary, and Steve Reed, the communities secretary, are all said to have corresponded with Mandelson using their private email addresses in the past. However, their communications are understood to predate Mandelson’s appointment by a significant period of time. Streeting has already disclosed his direct WhatsApp and text messages with the peer.

I say, "if this is right" because it's in The Times which then goes into bat (in a characteristically misleading way) for their boy Wesley. They give him a clean bill of health despite him also not disclosing his private emails or (afaik) confirming he had no other private channels with Mandelson.
