Crude is up 25% on the Oil Markets now which could mean up to a buck or more at the pump. It seems in free fall now and the scope of this rapid & uncontrollable rise is unprecedented in recent history. Spooked is the correct term for the market right now with Dow down 1150 points for Monday's open.
