So cute, though Pukeko chicks of the same age would give them a good run.
They look like long legged black birds!

Everybody thinks 'https://' stands for 'hypertext transfer protocol secure' but it actually stands for 'head to this place, sucka' followed by a colon and two laser sounds

I don’t think we should have ceded control quite so quickly and without so much as a fight.

Both my wife and I come from farming families so the whole thing of holidays at the Beach or batch just passed us by.
Meanwhile all the people still working or at home have unlimited time to listen to the radio…🤷‍♂️

Hubble Space Telescope images of the dust belt around the bright star Fomalhaut (obscured at center) showing the locations of bright spots detected in multiple images from 2004 to 2013 (cs1) and in two images in 2023 and 2024 (cs2). In the insets, dust cloud cs1, imaged in 2012, is pictured as is dust cloud cs2, imaged in 2023. Astronomers now think these were caused by collisions of large objects that produced a dust cloud that reflects starlight.

Asteroid collisions spotted around another star!

Twice over the past two decades, the Hubble telescope saw new dust clouds around the star Fomalhaut. They're probably places where large rocks crashed into each other in a young, forming planetary system. 🧪🔭

On the fifth day of Christmas my true love gave to me: FIVE GOLD RINGS, four calling birds, three French hens, two turtle doves, and a partridge in a pear tree. Someone check my litter tray, I think I ate some rings by mistake...

The red an are Sweet Purple grown from seed and now 3 or 4 years down the road.
