I’d just titled something “yet another try” when I read that AI had lowered the “barriers to entry.”
And I was😡 cause writing is hard

Before I go anywhere, I download problematic passages. That way if I'm an hour on a train, 20 minutes on a bus, 5 minutes waiting for a late friend, I can work on fixing them.

I've lived in Texas 40 years. I remember when Ann Richards, a Democratic woman was governor. Texas ranked 7th in education then. After almost 3 decades under Republican control, Texas now ranks 40th overall and 47th in reading.

I am sick of claims that Trump is all about safety.

The stock market is held up by an AI circle jerk. The new BRICS bridge will allow the world's economies to circumvent the USD. Creditors are selling their treasuries because they have lost faith in the US government.

I need someone to explain to me like I'm five how this is a booming economy.

100% the definition from CBP itself says "it does not include convictions for conduct that is not deemed ::criminal:: by the United States."

I think this is exactly what they're doing but I'm being a little coy hoping that one of the many people who spouting the rhetoric about violent criminals being rounded up, can explain how the numbers from the government itself does not bear that out!

Not a data person, so hoping someone can explain the numbers here.
It looks like deportations have skyrocketed under Trump (NYT) while the number of criminal aliens deported during both DJT terms was much lower than during the Biden admin. (CBP gov)
