I'm amazed at the reach this event seems to be having and so excited to see this all come together! 😍
Such an important message, rooted in taking children seriously, treating them with respect and nurturing their interests. If we want children to become lifelong learners, this is surely the way to go?
As drive for more Oracy in education continues we ask:
Is oracy for all children—or just some?
Does it value every voice, or exclude those with communication needs?
Celebrate diverse dialects—or center only Standard English?
Oracy must build belonging—not barriers.
