The library tech is a friend who is losing her job thanks to fiscal mismanagement at the district.
It’s hard continuing to put on a brave face knowing there will be no library access next year.

So every morning, she likes to storm into the room where Jersey sleeps in his kennel to bark loudly. Then when I open his kennel, she grabs him by the ears and drags him out.
This morning was the first morning since the injury that she was allowed.
Jersey was *so* excited
