I had a friend who had dozens if not hundreds of hills. Once I told her “you’ve got a lot of hills, girl, why aren’t you dead yet?”

Ouch, poor Abla! My Stella had that happen to her once but you couldn’t see the entry wound, all she had was a swollen, infected toe. A round of antibiotics didn’t help, so the vet did exploratory surgery and found two of those suckers.

It really pisses me off! I’ve been called it many times throughout my life, referring to my Deafness, and have had friends mention it in passing when referring to something, and I give them hell for it.

When my ex-fiancé used it against me, you bet it was one of the last straws for me to leave!

Haha I do it the way my Italian grandparents did it to us kids, by twisting my hands in finger gun poses “no more, all gone now!”

Agreed! I’m Deaf (I use hearing aids and a cochlear) and have always loved listening to music. Lyrics aside, my favourite music are from 70s-90s, because it just sounds more authentic and natural - everything else after the 00s is forgettable to me because it doesn’t sound natural.

No one told me that making and cutting my own jump rings was gonna be a fucking tedious pain in my arse.
