Tankmorphs/Aeromorphs from other nations will somewhat match the policy of their command.

Neutral/Normal, They're all in this together, so they don't really have biased opinions over one another.
Deserters may have bias based on the nation they're from, a Brother Fang deserter may still look down on an human scavenger, but at the end of the day, they're both trying to survive.

Oh True, depends really, but mostly neutral-friendly, they do have to help eachother afterall, among with trading.
So overall respect and understanding, but there's bound to be bandits and scammers, so it's not always rose and rainbows between them.
