When you’re doom scrolling, you feel the world is slowly falling apart. It’s everything that russia wants you to feel - helplessness, hopelessness, and a sense of disunity between friends and allies.
I tend to agree with most of what Prof Westcott writes. Trump is a bully, who conducts his politics through insults, ultimatums & demands. Bully your friends, respect your enemies. And his takeover talk is not too dissimilar to Putin’s either. Let’s hope he doesn’t act on those urges.
