We have those too. But we don't actually have a safe system for newcomers who need lessons for the climate related issues. Some training certainly couldn't hurt. No snow tires matter on ice for sure

Yes, scary here. SK just hands out licenses without tests for newcomers who never saw snow or ice. And it has consequences for rising insurance and lots of damages. They should fix it by testing and training
