Thank you! I’ve lived with pain since I was 13. I crushed my knee running into a boulder fishing. 😂🤦♀️ you can laugh, because it’s ridiculously funny. I was Shoveling snow, at the end of Jan, and aggravated it and the pain was horrible. It’s better ish now.

Ortho doc doesn’t want to jump right into knee replacement surgery. He showed me my X-ray and now I know why it hurts so much. The inside of my knee has zero cartridge, so basically bone on bone. I could see it in the X-ray, it was crazy. He gave me a cortisone shot to see if that helps.
