I was listening to a pod that explained one of the negative impacts of consuming too much protein like this yesterday.
I had noticed more products are pumping protein into products and I’m like… either they’re telling us meat is about to get scarce or they don’t know what they’re doing.

All these things being cured, America would lose so much money from its largest industry (healthcare)…gotta find a way to keep the money flowing and ppl dependent on insurance🌚

Nothing, all these food companies, rally behind can possibly be good for you.
