I loved reading that comic when I first discovered TF stuff. Is the comic still up somewhere or is it gone? I remember trying to find it a while ago since I loved a lot of the sequences and characters.

At its basic level art always comes down to how it's perceived by someone else, not by the artist. The artist can try to influence that perception but thats it, your intent doesnt matter. By its very nature, it's impossible for art to be apolitical.
