Today, I must have walked up a very short category 2 climb and it was manageable. But my right leg is completely fine!

But running on concrete, that’s unfortunately a big no-no as it just ceases up.

If I’m honest with myself, I think going through a long period of no exercise and smoking did something to the blood flow in my leg. Just a guess, but it seems valid. I’d say since I stopped smoking, around 10 years ago, it isn’t as debilitating and I can enjoy my walks even with a little discomfort

Sorry but what a bitch

I have the same with my left calf muscle. It must be the load bearing leg, I’m not sure. When walking it will be very tight even after around 500 metres. I used to think it was compartmental syndrome but I’m just guessing. When I’m doing my 10K daily steps I just have to grit through it.
