UK Labour Member. We won. Now let’s deliver. But taking money off vulnerable people is not the answer to the country’s problems. So let’s not do that 🫑

DOJ is Hiding Trove of Documents About Trump’s 13-Year-Old Accuser Why can’t we see the all the files in the 3501.045 sequence?

🚨🚨 Dozens of documents detailing FBI interviews with an Epstein victim who accused Donald Trump of sexually abusing her as a 13-year-old are being kept under wraps.

I am so full of admiration for Charlotte Nichols’ courage in talking about this - particularly awful that as a woman in public life she will have had to consider first how people might use this information against her, especially online. Hope she has all the support she needs.

While Trump launches us into a new forever war, he’s quietly preparing to take over our elections at home and rig the midterms in his favor.

He knows he can’t win on the merits, so he’s preparing to cheat. We won’t let him get away with it.

The Iran war should be a lesson for Keir Starmer's Government. If you take a clear line on an issue where the public agree with you then it's your opponents who end up having to back down, not you

According to MeidasTouch there are several reports that around 150 US troops have been injured in the war on Iran. Odd how Donald Trump and Kegbreath haven't mentioned this.

Should the UK ban under-16s from social media? In December, Australia became the first country in the world to ban social media for teenagers... could the UK be next?

The thorny problem facing policymakers then: how can we strike the right balance - protecting children from harm online without taking away - all of - the benefits of social media?

Kemi Badenoch presses Starmer to strike Iranian missile sites RAF jets have been shooting down missiles fired by Iran, but are not taking part in strikes on its sites.

She vocally supported the US/Iran strikes, criticising the government for not doing so, & did call for the UK to bomb Iran too. But is pointing out that she did not call for the UK to join the US + Israeli bombing of Iran in saying we should bomb Iran ourselves

The Green Party, like any party, has differences of opinion on policy and I can tell you that the Greens of Waveney Valley and Stroud ran a very different campaign to those of Bristol, Brighton and Gorton & Denton. I know ex Tories who voted Green in 2024 who won’t be voting Green under Polanski.

It’s true they are a mixed bunch. They took two Conservative seats at the last election by presenting themselves as something very different to their Gorton and Denton persona. They won’t be able to do that at the next election, given their higher profile - people will notice.

I’ve heard that Farage might have a Super Injunction covering the house and his racist school days and that is why both have dropped from the news. Not sure if that is true. On Gill, this is the month we are due the Gov report on foreign interference in our politics? That will be interesting.

A month ago I couldn’t have imagined Keir Starmer riding high and Nigel Farage being laughed at for Chagos, Trump and support of an illegal war. It just goes to show that no one can speculate on an election over 3 years away.

There is no accountability for these grifting charlatans. Nothing. They torch the economy for everyone else, make everyone’s life harder, fail abysmally, lie to us all and yet, on they go. Scamming away.
No shame. No comeuppance.
