Cat and her incessant miaowing for no damn reason got me up 7am. Went on my 3 mile Catford circle walk, back home for a croissant with sharp cheddar & sliced tomato, the back doors open, music on, a proper spring clean day. Time for some Fallout 76 later before a local Bingo night with neighbours 👵🏻

Nothing as hangover day has included Gail’s and a Five Guys milkshake (banana & peanut butter) and some fries. Bath & early night in a just made fresh bedding.
Totally undoing all my good work of 9.5lbs gone this year but it cannot be helped today.
It’s called for an emergency Gail’s delivery for brunch. We’re both sitting here doing the occasional groan.
Last night at neighbours party, we drank, danced and sang (shouted actually judging by the videos) to power ballads until 3am. One of the best nights I’ve had in ages.
I have been on my usual 3 mile morning walk, a third of which is on a proper incline, had a flat white, popped into a local community plant sale, and saw some people I knew, so chatted gardening, bought 4 plants and now home to play Fallout 76 for few hours before a neighbours party tonight. 😀
Just watched that Ruby Franke doc and omg. Absolute evil nutters. I’ve got a distant aunt who met an LDS guy from Utah on one of their spewing their word missions in Manchester in the 70s.
She’s now a full on LDS and lives in Utah. Just can’t get my head around (all extreme ) beliefs.
