My greatest achievement yet in Naraka Bladepoint after nearly 1000 hours, by getting top 2 with Matari in the PVE mode Showdown. Although trios could've gone better... But at least I got a badge to show for it💪

Learning that the guy who won 2nd in SWC AOF3 last November mentally broke down and started devolving to posting racist and other concerningly unwell remarks, as well as (allegedly) entering a psych ward was not on my 2026 bingo card.

I've been heavily thinking about what my favorite music is while working on my next project. Trying to figure out what my favorite albums are that aren't from video games (though I still feel like I'm cheating with Blade Runner). Very sporadic choices

Today I lost someone who was truly like a brother to me. I am gutted to the core. I guess I can say so now that it's on his Facebook page. He even listed himself as my actual brother on Facebook. Anyone who knows me knows how close we were. RIP, senpai. You will always be a ninja.

I found out about this news last night right before going to bed. I couldn't describe how I felt then and I admittedly still can't. Itagaki's passing hit me harder than I honestly thought it could. Both Dead or Alive and Ninja Gaiden hold fond memories in my heart to this day.

Rest in peace...

The problem with that too is how do you at all prove that a corporation is using your (more or less) guide, let alone one that in theory anyone could have produced, to then be used by others, on a creative commons license? Just asking for headaches from there.

I just wanna clarify since I've had multiple people thinking otherwise, I had no part in making these AOF3 videos on the SNK eSports Twitter account. I was never consulted, never asked for feedback, no input, no emails from SNK that I could find, etc.

Reading someone with a 4070 and X3D CPU being unable to hit 60fps on a PS3 game made me double take. Literally how? And from what I was told, Japanese names next to English text boxes, certain stages running poorly online, desync issues, controller and input issues, guess it wasn't tested

I was actually really looking forward to playing Aquapazza since I wanted to give it a shot and play with others, try learning a fighting game I've never played before, etc.

And then I read the steam reviews, broken out of the box, delay netcode and X3D CPUs not being able to run at 60fps. Fun.

At this stage, a lot of MAME updates are things like English pub fruit machines or godforsaken 2000s plug'n'play crap, but every now and again you get a goodun.

There is light at the end of the AOF3 frame data tunnel. I still have a solid chunk left of it to do, but soon, I'll finally be completely done with it...

Not sure if I will but I've been thinking about doing a test stream on Saturday since having to reinstall Windows. And I just wanna make sure stuff works before I try to arrange anything related to AOF3 leading up to SWC

Question, would people watch an AOF3 (Art of Fighting 3) Q&A stream if I did one? I can't answer anything about SWC but I'd be more then happy to just answer whatever questions about the game itself

I should have posted this earlier but to ANYONE interested in learning Art of Fighting 3 (AOF3), and really wants to compete in SWC or spectate or anything, I encourage you to check out the wiki. It's not fully complete but it's excruciatingly detailed! It's unimaginable a $100K prize pot exists...

I saw a new Naked Gun movie last night and tonight I'm playing a new Gradius game, so in short I have no idea what year it is.

Reading this title actually pisses me off to no end. Mouthwashing got delisted from itch io too. Never played it or have interest to, but that sets a horrible precedent for any kind of mature or adult media if this goes any farther. Because God forbid adults enjoy mature subject matter

I humbly say I'm sorry and please do not execute me for listening to K-pop and inadvertently contributing to it entering fighting games in some form eventually

I only just got my feet wet and I'm not even a Fate head but Fate Unlimited Codes combos and tiger knee cancels are some of the most satisfaction from a fighting game I've ever gotten in my life, almost comparable to KOF finally clicking for me
