Hi Andy! I’m Lavinia and I have rarely used Twitter. Have a speedy recovery!

I would propose to have better filters for the work we take on, and focus on specific behaviors/ skills for a longer period of time. I feel like at the moment our efforts are sporadic and across a spectrum that’s too broad which often leads to less instead of more impact. 😃
