I just realized that every time I read 5 books I deserve a pizza. I have not been eating nearly enough pizza.

I'm pretty sure medical debt can't go on your credit report, and they only have 3 years to collect. I don't think they're going to sue me for $50. They bought the debt for pennies in the dollar. And I just decided not to care.

So I had a $200 bill for a medical procedure. I was paying $50 a month but there was no payment plan option so I was just doing it manually. After 3 months, the hospital sent the $50 balance to collections. I dont think im going to pay it.

Me: Ideally, I'll wait til next spring to adopt another dog.
Also me, right now: it can't hurt to just look at the barcs site. It's fine.

Guys, I'm hopeless. Im not ready yet, but there's just such a slim chance I'll last a year.

If your company sends me more than one email a month, I'm unsubscribing. I'm done with this nonsense. I don't need alerts every day.

I mean, I know the point at my job is to force people out of the federal workforce, but come on guys, if you want to tank SSA, there are easier ways.

Relying on a tough labor market to keep employees and treat them like shit just means the best employees will leave quickly, and the rest will leave when they can. Why doesn't management understand this?

They are changing the production requirements at my job and I just had a meeting with my boss and mentioned that everyone I've talked to is looking for an exit. And he seemed visibly shaken by this revelation.

I really need to get back to lifting. Maybe I'll try to hotbup the gym this weekend and figure out my one rep max so I can start again. I loved it. But life has had other plans for a while.

I did in college. But as an adult, I was like, "This is awful, Id rather sleep better and just get up. But my hatred of alarms is strong, so I usually just get up and only set alarms if it's an early rise or important. I dont oversleep. But I do usually just wake up.

I will also be fine if its busy and you ask to work in. Because I get it. But as a woman lifter (former), I take 2 minutes of rest between sets, not 3, because that's been recommended for women. So keep that in mind.

But yeah, in general, dont talk to me. Even if you know me, a nod or a wave is perfect.

As a woman, I feel like its okay to talk to someone in the middle of a set if theyre clearly struggling to offer to spot or their form is so bad it could cause injury or harm (I have interrupted people on the erg to say hey, keep the cord straight, because moving it up and down can cause it to snap)

When I do use an alarm at home, I have a sunrise alarm that uses light before sound, and that is better than noise, but I'd rather just wake up. Im usually up between 7 and 8, and that's fine for me.

I dont understand why people want an extra half hour of the worst sleep imaginable as opposed to just setting an alarm for the time they have get up and getting up then.

I hate waking up to an alarm. So when I do, I usually wake up before it and turn it off. And if the alarm does go off, I just get up. I do not snooze. I HATE the snooze button. Being jarred awake once is awful, why would I want to do that multiple times in one morning. I dont understand.

So I know that im very fortunate that I have a job with flexible hours so I can start work anytime between 5am and 9:30am. But I blew my BFs mind last night when I said I dont set an alarm. I just wake up.

Sometimes I wish I had pursued a higher paying, more prestigious career like my siblings. But then I remind myself that I have never once worried that I might get bitten at work and it helps.

Apparently my parents house listing made EmilyinBaltimore's insta which i found out when a high school friend texted me "Your parents are selling their house!"

I was emotionally invested in him and watched his videos all the time. I was so sad when he went across the rainbow bridge. But I hope he's flying on his own in heaven 😭😭😭

I understand that the price of gas going up effects everything. But not having a car makes it effect me a little less and I appreciate that.

I recently bought a new kitchen trash can that's supposed to be delivered today. But also today my dad told me their getting rid of the trash can from their old house and do I want it. I said sure because I can just return the other one. My dad brought it over and its gigantic.
