Is the food actually good or is it just reminding you of when you were young and your mother fed you a vegetable stew after you skinned your knee?

#9 Paranormasight: The Mermaidโs Curse
Incredible work from xeen on the sequel. Different in tone but still fantastically well crafted. The fourth wall never stood a chance.
Given I havenโt played the third AI (and honestly thought the second one was a bit of a miss) I would encourage you toward mermaids curse!
A scene from Paranormasight showing tsukasa in a white hoodie and Sato in a pink cardigan standing on a beach. Text at the bottom says Well dang, that sure changes the story.
Iโm not any kind of expert on visual novels so I donโt know if this is more common than I think, but Paranormasight does such a great line in creating dynamic shots that help sell the mood. Plus that art is wonderful.
A screenshot from Paranormsight the mermaids curse showing a blonde girl and a taller older man talking to a woman in a red outfit with a man in glasses stood behind her. Text at the bottom says Heartless, the lot of you! You won't even consider the possibility this is all one big misunderstanding?
Finished Paranormsight: The Mermaidโs Curse this morning, and it blew me away. Itโs surprisingly different to the original but still delivers an excellent paranormal mystery. Absolutely surprised me with its genius fourth wall breaks. I laughed out loud at one of them.
god finding this is like stumbling across a buried USB drive in the woods. bizarre
one of the simple pleasures in life is saying 'wow it looks like silent hill out there' when it's really foggy
Maybe we just let this happen, trap all the bots in there, then the remaining humans can just move to New Internet.
Some mosses growing on old damp wood. Thereโs also some lichen.
Nice moss.
Believe me I exactly know
Screenshot from the video game Persona 4. In the halls of Yasogami High, the protagonist talks to a male student labeled "Stylish student". His dialogue window reads: "Hanging out with women, going on dates with them, that's fine. Killing them? Not so much."
happy international women's day
Six years for some fresh gyoza, but it looks worth it
Glad Iโm gonna be able to give this a spin, loved the aesthetic from when it was revealed.
A simpler time when Superboy could punch the head of some kind of deathless hippy and weโd all just accept it.
This is an excellent rule for storytelling but also implies that Philip Pullman witnessed the death of God as a boy.
I just wanna hang out with Metabee, man.
Kind of a moot point for me since itโs currently not available in the UK as far as I can tell, but still! Maybe a microscopic glimmer of hope that one day we might see a Western release of that Switch collection of the GBC Medabots games!
โNew English Medabots game BUT itโs a gacha BUT itโs a vampire survivors clone BUT itโs a bit shoddily madeโ has me fully doing the Treehouse of Horror free frogurt bit.
โYe gads! It hath that iconic McDonalds Flaevour!โ
This is appropriate because I too am mostly liquid metal.
I looked at this for five minutes trying to work out what kinda food Cham was before I realised my critical error.
The main guy in the latest Final Fantasy was called Clive, so kinda.
And we all LOVE Gandalf!!
Honestly I kinda love shit like this. I think itโs cool when thereโs these esoteric stats that games track but hide from you. Gives a sense of mystery.
I read the first three Dark Tower books across a few months about a decade ago now and then Wizard and Glass just stopped me dead with its dramatic change of pace and focus. But Iโm prepared this time, itโll be fine.

Once more I return to attempt to complete my quest for the Tower and not be thrown off by the book-long flashback into the Young Roland Adventures.

Itโs like Rubacava out here in Woolwich this morning
Legit quite funny that Ubisoft announced a bunch of new AC games years ago and yet somehow a remake of the pirate one gets revealed before all of them.
[We see a close up of a young white male, tanned, white teeth, coiffed hair clearly an influencer on social media. It is an image such as you see when social media posts are shown on the news. In the corner of the screen is named a location: DUBAI. He is staring slightly off-camera for several silent panels of the comic strip. His eyes move slightly. He is having a thought.] From off-screen a newsreaderโs commentary comes: NEWSREADER: Extraordinary images here of an expat in Dubai [The influencerโs eybrows raise slightly] โฆHaving their first ever geopolitical thought. [CUT TO a BBC news scene. The BBC newsreader CLIVE MYRIE is talking to an interviewee next to the screen showing the social media influencerโs face. The intervieweeโs name is David Jones]. CLIVE MYRIE: To explain the significance of this moment weโre joined by David Jones, our Expat Thoughts correspondent DAVID JONES: Clive, this is momentous It was caught on film at the end of an Instagram post titled: โDubai Is Brilliantโ. [Pointing at the screen, the influencerโs expression still the same] You can clearly see in the eyebrows here, the dawning realisation that there *might* be something in the world beyond his dickhead self. It marks a *huge* departure from all the Dubai Expatโs previous thoughts. CLIVE MYRIE: Which areโฆ? DAVID JONES: You've Got To Get Yourself Out Here Mate, Everything Is So Clean, I Don't Have To Pay Taxes, I Am Incurious As To Why I Do Not Have To Pay Taxes, and Spa. CLIVE MYRIE: And might we see an expansion of these new Thoughts in coming days? DAVID JONES: I think we can expect to see: โI Deserve To Be Airlifted By A Country I Pay No Tax Toโ CLIVE MYRIE: Mmm.
