Ironically, a lot of the QoL changes are usually inspired by mods as this stuff is usually on publicly accessible sites, I wouldn't be surprised if the Devs look into the mod scene to see what non-cheating mods are trending and if it's a feature they could incorporate into the game themselves.

Mine's mostly QoL stuff, dots on the monster list, accurate hunt bill locations, frame rate control, greyed out skills I can't use due to lvlsync but I do use cosmetic mods for nicer textures or just better body anatomy.

I don't think the updates will be that far off, Yoshi P was quoted saying to expect a variety of small QoL updates in 2026 before the next expansion.

The assets seem to be of a higher fidelity, so maybe the importing of the mobile assets to the main game will come with the supposed upcoming graphical improvements. We have to assume the PS4 won't be the hardware baseline for much longer. I mean look at 16, built on the same engine but was on PS5.
