Very eventful yesterday...and this week will see the return of stronger t/storms perhaps for at least part of the area as the March Madness of weather begins. It's a wet pattern for the next couple of weeks.

Still a lower confidence forecast for Sunday in terms of timing of things. Later arrival is better unless it comes too late then worse. Temperatures will likely be above critical impact levels locally (a good thing). There are caveats. JL

I've tried the Unidata download stuff and I can actually get the GFS in there as well as the 850 climos from PSL but getting the output into KMZ is an issue for me.

hey question for you...I'm trying very hard to get 850 model temp anomalies (let's say from the GFS) into a kml type file, perhaps every 12 hours of output over 168 hours. I'm not a coder at all. Any somewhat easy ways of doing this? JL
