I just said that out of my own experience as a callcenter agent, who had to deal with lot's of angry customers, because of the problems our clients had. (different clients over the years)
All i can say is, pls be polite to the Customer support workers. They're not Visa, nor Mastercard. They're likely in a callcenter that was commissioned by them to do their Customer Support.
But keep calling, the more calls they get, the more they will tell their supervisors about it
