It looks like Safara is doing a collab with Galo today!

Lately she's been trying to set a personal record for how long she can delay before her guest finally plops down into her belly. She's up to a solid 45 seconds!

Here's my experience:

In increments. You try, and if you start to get extremely frustrated, you quit and try again later, often the next day. Do not associate art with bad feelings or you will lose all motivation, which will spiral your depression.

I have a theory that even non-queer people cannot be themselves, but because that's so ingrained in society and isn't biologically driven, it's easier for them to just kill the authentic part of themselves, so they don't notice it as much.

That's why there's so many fake people out there.
