Brought back memories of Frank on TV. Great documentary on YouTube youtu.be/FPQahZX6xAg?...
I guess I see it as profits they could make on material that's lying dormant, but on the other hand I guess Apple would weigh it against costs to set up, digitise material etc. (if I'm playing devil's advocate). Wish someone could do a proper analysis for a potential business case for this...
It's a shame..
Also, scanned documents would be good too - session records, paperwork, images of tape boxes etc etc. For historical interest and future preservation of the material.
Is there any way we could encourage Apple to look at this? Or has it been looked at before?
We need a subscription
streaming service: The Beatles Archives or Vaults. Hardcore fans and scholars would subscribe in droves. Releases of the material could be staggered over time to generate income from the start of the project. Carnival of Light would fit here! Whole tapes digitised, with chat!
Sounds promising! π
Looking forward to watching this! Didn't manage to make it to the cinema in the summer for this. I'd be interested to know what you thought of it π

Oh this brings back memories. Loved the different series PG tips did. I recall one with British kings and queens too. Will be looking for more info online today β€οΈ
Here you go, to save you searching β€οΈ www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/epis...
I'd drifted away from social media in recent months, not consciously or for any specific reasons, but your posts are one of the highlights since I've come back to blue sky. Thank you Colin β€οΈ
Happy New Year, pals.
It's time for the (hopefully annual) comic critics mini grant.
My family and I are giving four mini grants of $250 to comics critics.
