I'm realizing that some people in #yyj think wheelchairs and 4 wheel mobility scooters are all slow. In fact the province recently regulated the maximum speed to 25 km/hr and before that models that go 30 km/hr were being sold. e.g. 'Hand cycles Carlos' becoming common. And 𧡠#bcpoli
