Knovel database is a good one for chemists and engineers alike. Full of properties information, conversion tables, and explantions of equations. Not sure on costs though.

I reported it and blocked it. There were a few people I know following it.
It's back again, Darren. How odd.
The paw size distribution looks good to me...

Honored to present at EUROMOF 2025 in Crete π
Talk: continuous flow synthesis of water-based MOFs for toxic gas capture.
Poster: awarded Best Poster π at the Young Scientists Symposium!
Grateful for the support of my supervisors @andrealaybourn.bsky.social

Same - it is impenetrable! There were recommendations published in 2009 iupac.org/project/2009... buts seems to largely be ignored. #chemsky
At #EuroMOF2025. The sheer number of MOFs named after uni/company, changing the number when only difference is metal ion used to make the MOF and name gives no indication what the chemical composition is from "xxMOF-n" shows that we need a standardised nomenclature desperately. #IUPAC #chemsky #MOFs
We hope this work will support design rules for future sensors. A fantastic team effort and well done to all involved!
This collaboration involves a global team effort to unravel the effect of metal ions on fluorescent sensing capabilities. Spoiler alert β οΈ Al is excellent whereas Cr is a poor sensor.
Today at #EuroMOFYSS @valubelu.bsky.social will be presenting our recent paper on SO2 sensing using MFM-300 MOFs. On Tue #EuroMOF2025 Hashim will present his work towards this. For more information see our paper below.
We canβt wait for #EuroMOF to kick off this Sunday!
Super excited for the plenary talks by Omar Yaghi and Susumu Kitagawa β what a way to start the conference!

Canadian rock band?
Totally agree. If there's words, I'll sing rather than do what I am supposed to be doing, especially if it's a familiar song. I'm OK with wordless songs though, familiar or not.
Pipetting is definitely an activity that requires music! I'm not familiar with lofi.
Love John Williams' music! Particularly Flight to Neverland.
On the train providing feedback to thesis chapters. Movie sound tracks are blasting out of my headphones. Under the stars by Hans Zimmer & Moana are favourites. Anyone else want to share their favourite music to listen to while reviewing theses, papers, etc? #chemsky the more unusual, the better!
Join us for the next #IASWebinar by Randall Snurr on diffusion measurements in nanoporous materials using molecular simulations as part of our special series on the recent IUPAC report on diffusion.
