Watched this kind of thing play out so many times. How people move when they have a little bit of influence speaks *volumes.* Even putting direct manipulation aside, owners that fail to weigh how power over access can skew social interactions can so easily create a toxic atmosphere.

Caught Guillermo del Toro's Frankenstein today. Absolutely brilliant film that follows in his typically charming and creative style. While I'm at it.... my other recent favorite horror releases: Together, Bring Her Back, and Speak No Evil.
