So it has been on my to do list for almost a year to email you, because in my lit review for this project I came across a talk you gave once upon a time. Defining this has been a major challenge!
Hard to believe my first annual assembly was eight years ago! I was able to attend thanks to the access fund scholarship. Privileged to be back for #hapc26 presenting two posters with three of our FM residents (one incoming geri fellow, and two incoming palliative fellows).

If my first two months as a palliative fellow have taught me anything (and Iβve learned a lot, itβs that wow is there a need for primary palliative care education. Basic pain and symptom management, starting goals of care convos, and determining hospice appropriateness should be skills we all have.
Has he tried buprenorphine? Not all opioids are created equal also. I hope heβs got a good team and gets some relief soon β€οΈ
